Added to this, our AFS system helps us manage scheduled maintenance visits. Each client has the opportunity to view their service record online at anytime through a password protected login found on our homepage. This ensures clients have the most up to date information at the click of a mouse. Information available includes service record, equipment replacement, scheduled visits in the future and full details of each past visit.
Our staff are members of the professional bodies such as the IRI, the TEEU and all our engineers are fully qualified, factory trained and certified by City & Guilds 2078 in refrigerant handling 001 and 002 (charging and recovering refrigerants).
