We operate a fleet of vehicles fully equipped with satellite tracking devices to ensure substantial time and cost savings for our customers. We ensure that we provide all our service engineers with ongoing product training to keep them at the forefront of the industry. On top of this, DAL operate a computerised planned preventative maintenance system which covers the whole of Ireland.

Reactive

No matter how well serviced equipment is, it is a reality that unexpected problems will occur. When they do it is vital that these are attended to as promptly as possible. DAL operates a nationwide, 24/7 call out service to ensure disruption is kept to a minimum.

Our Promise to You

We are specialists in air conditioning and are ideally placed to meet your needs as all our engineers and technicians are experts in every aspect of the business, including refrigeration. Also, when you log a service call, the maximum response time is 4 hours, nationwide.

Added to this, our AFS system helps us manage scheduled maintenance visits. Each client has the opportunity to view their service record online at anytime through a password protected login found on our homepage. This ensures clients have the most up to date information at the click of a mouse. Information available includes service record, equipment replacement, scheduled visits in the future and full details of each past visit.

Our staff are members of the professional bodies such as the IRI, the TEEU and all our engineers are fully qualified, factory trained and certified by City & Guilds 2078 in refrigerant handling 001 and 002 (charging and recovering refrigerants).
